The thing you have to keep in mind is companies like MMG will have a target scale of production that is significantly higher than a company like DTR requires. So if MMG looked at the project they may have a threshold of say +500Koz/anum, it's possible to have a positive veiw of a project which doesn't meet corperate threasholds. Not saying t happened but its possible.
