You have a good point here Corkie. Business revolves around relationships and with their announcement, DCN must have soured theirs with their contractor (whose name escapes me right now). That is unlikely to accidental and hence deliberate which would indicate that DCN are ready to walk away from the relationship, even if they are not in a contractual position to do so right now.
