    A sad day for shareholders. The longer I'm in this business, the more I realise two fundamental truths.

    1. Management is the key to everything. Some will mislead and deceive.

    2. Technical analysis trumps fundamental analysis. Bad (and good news) has a habit of being reflected in the share price before announcements are made. Disregard the price action at your peril.
