CDU made a plant that can process 3Mt per year, if for the last 2 months they were running at 50%, and produced 400 tonnes of NCU, then they would have also processed 250kt of ore through the plant, this could equate to 2500t of copper at 1%.

We don't know what has been put through the plant, so we are all waiting for what the offtake agreement will return to CDU. There are missing bits of information to make a judgement call. But it does not seem bad to me
