The question they would have had to ask themselves was whether it was ‘material information’ for the sake of their ASX disclosure obligations - which if I understand correctly requires some judgement on whether it would shift the share price by 5% - 10% +. In a value sense, using round numbers based on rough market cap of $1b it would need to be something worth $50m - $100m or more in value. Assuming here that the ASX disclosure obligations are applied in a way that’s similar enough to the NZX.....
