Generally disappointing results because there were no positive surprises, but I wouldn't say anything shocked me and wasn't already discussed in prior announcements.
Apart from Hurricane Dorian but that appears to have little impact of Atlantic Gold full year results.

These times I like to think of a famous line by Howard Marks when asked if he could know just one thing about any company. He said tell me how much optimism is baked into the share price.
Right now I would say for SBM there is very little optimism priced in especially judging by the HC forum so any positive or neutral events will skew price to the upside and outweigh the impact of negative events.
Therefore in answer to whether SBM is a sell on that announcement then my answer is no.
