Considering that they have had 50% utilization the result is pretty decent.
At least they aren't going backward.
Next 3 months will be the real test. If they can do 3500ton/quarter they are getting toward the 15,000 ton/pa.
This figure appears to be their good case production to get 10,000 ton/pa.
Looks like they are realistic with the production guidelines so far.
