Factors COULD be : # Reparation of the Cockeyed Bob pit, portal , decline access and mining to achieve that initial 5000 oz trial , are considerable . Have to be cash cost accounted ...and will be considerably more than the 5000 ozs will return. Can't recall if guidance was given in this regard .... but hopefully results are excellent and those one off costs are gone and mining of high grade ore proceeds at reduced costs. # costs of major and repetitious repairs and new equipment upgrades are being paid for in 2012/13 accounting year . Hopefully , also non repetitive costs. But if these are key factors , including them in the Update would have helped ....labour equipment and operational cost increases of in excess of 10% in the mining industry seem to be the the minimal norm . What isn't the norm , is to be second guesssing......
