NRW Holdings - the contractor - probably did the shut down ?
Its RCR Mining Technologies division specialises in that kind of work..... or Primero, which also knows the project well, might have done it
As far as timing goes it says the shut down was decided on by the operations team after a “risk mitigation” assessment...... so possibly a case of a stitch in time to save the nine?
Whatever, it is better to be on the other side of it and - for me - to focus on what Alex Cheeseman wrote as per @Palchum’s post yesterday (https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/42101825/single), after ‘another busy and productive week in China’
