Actually by weight there is probably a similar amount of Copper in an entire tesla EV as there is Lithium Carbonate Equivalent in the battery pack alone.
In the battery cell itself Lithium is used in both the cathode and the electrolyte.
You will find Nickel and Cobalt in some but not all EV li-ion battery cathodes in varying percentages. For example LFP (LiFePo4) cathode li-ion ev batteries that you will often find in busses or shorter range Chinese EVs do not contain Nickel or Cobalt.
While a major proportion of global Cobalt supply is used in battery production, efforts have been made to reduce the quantities of Cobalt partially due to DRC ethical mining concerns.
