Just to break the misery , completely off topic but seeing as a lot of west aussies likely on this page I thought I'd share something pertaining to health ..... seems local soils in WA deficient in Selenium and hence locally produced foods
Low levels of Selenium can effect memory .
No need to reach for a vitamin supplement though , seems Brazil nuts quite high in Se ,(like oysters for Zn),I take a couple of nuts a day .
Apologies for breaking the rules but hope some find this useful .
