    Very informarive and welcome post, however your points are arguments that could have been made for years, and not specific to why QRX received the CRL.

    And my amazement is purely in relation to determined selling at ridiculous historical prices when tyhey announced that it may be the best case scenario. Extra data and analysis required from a study that was not finalised by the time of the FDA filing and perhaps a 9 month wait for approval.

    My understanding is that the CR version of Moxduo will be the star of the show, also the IV prep for hospitals. The worldwide pain med market is enormous, we only need a small market share to be rolling in it.

    The only thing I can think of is that the announcement was a little vague, but 9 months before we thought we were going to be approved the first time, we were double the shareprice.
