I think it is hard to overestimate the significance of Borje joining the board of RAC. If we wanted to hire him there is no way a company like RAC could afford to employee him - clinicians of his standing don’t generally join small companies like RAC as they can make megabux consulting for the big pharma companies.
He hasn’t joined the board for the money (he is taking options not cash), but because he sees the clinical potential of Bisantrene. Like me, the more he has learnt about Bisantrene the more excited he has become about it making a serious impact on AML and other cancers. Borje’s actions speak louder than anything I could say.
