AGM will be interesting next week nice that the new directors off late getting nice option prices and exercise prices I’d rather see a reduction in pay and attaching free options on performance hurdles/and share price gain.
It baffles me that the share price has been under constant selling lower now in a large buy/sell and resistance .Someone is obviously keen to keep us down/accumulate maybe ,takeover inevitable at this rate for our cash in bank and revenue growth let alone results everyone is expecting…
Would love to see directors buying and so some confidence.
