I can't really argue with the way you're looking at it because what you've said is mostly objectively verifiable fact (no 'alternative facts' there). I didn't sell out of UOS for any perceived lack of management expertise nor lack of value relative to what's on the balance sheet. Rather, it was my 9th or 10th biggest holding (i try not to hold more than 12 stocks), and i started understanding more about what's going on in China, what the gargantuan Chinese developers are doing in Malaysia, and i asked myself how long record prices, record debt levels, record low (but rising) rates, and record supply can co-exist. That was pretty much all there was to it for me.
Good luck to all holders - whatever the market throws at the good ship UOS over the foreseeable future, i've little doubt its captains will steer the ship into calm waters while others run aground.
