I think I get what you are saying but have you followed SIV on a regular basis? I think ive had this on my watchlist for close to a year now and there are always strong price movements on little volume it just seems to gap up and down I remember thinking I should probably just trade this between the 7 and 8 dollar range, its a bit of a strange one even watching todays trading it has gapped up and down 10-12 cents numerous times.
Just my thoughts from what i have noticed
