steve, being acquisitive is a growth mechanism- companies either grow organically or by acquisition- UXC has chosen the latter. UXC has not had integration problems in the past- it bought 4 bolt-ons in the last financial period, too. That's 7 all up now. It has had *one* bad period- this one- over several periods of growth. It can fall for now and see what happens later.
