WRR has negative asset backing mainly because of the con notes even after factoring in $2m intangibles.
It makes sense to redeem them .... raising cash at market at double the conversion price of 0.12 is feasible ,but may not be in the best interest of directors.
I can live with 32m shares....At $8m it is trading at x4 2014 EBITDA ,which is extravagant for a growing business.
