To be honest, I've never met management before. Usually I'll shoot a question or two through to investor relations, but not in this case.
So long as management have a reasonable stake in the company, I don't feel the need to speak to them. They can easily lie to me and tell me everything is OK - but I know they won't lie when their own financial future is dependent on their results.

As for profitability, it seems the business has really found it's feet since 2007 onwards (based solely on financials). Additionally, their cash holding allows for acquisitions should they find the appropriate opportunity.
