Amortisation is now done on a 7 year basis..so whatever the software intangible asset will be 1/7th amortisation expense p.a.. Add to that a bit of customer contract amortisation etc..obviously the level of capitalised R&D will affect the intangible and hence the amortisation..so not completely clear yet.
Integration costs, I believe about half was expensed last year relating to the mortgage acq, so probably about $2m left this year.

As for R&D stay-in-biz spend / growth spend....I agree 100%...this would be very nice to know!!!!!
