CSV provides office services - they flagged a downgrade 3months ago. I would have thought what drives SRV is very similar to what drives CSV. I'm worried that SRV was sitting on bad results for a long time. This probably was not a hard outcome to predict if you followed this sector (I don't). Open up the papers and you read about gluts of office space. Hence again why I don't understand how they have only released the guidance update now.

Blaming the US is odd. Just opened the Annual report (pages 41-45) and the US was only a small part of the revenue last year. SE Asia would also appear to be small potatoes. I don't mind the increased dividend, the cash balance is very healthy. But they need to start using it wisely.
