there is a big difference in making a mistake and deliberately breaking the law.

it is not a question of 4 million being readily absorbed into 25 million. that is a huge 15% anyway.

it was absorbed as such because the average shareholder who bought in at over $1.70 is now paying for the impunity of these law breakers.

was there one utterance from these mongrels trying to justify the reason they knowingly flouted the rules and if so, what was the justification?

i think at the next AGM it would be warranted that these individuals are not only grilled , but roasted.
