Agree Lavidge. Had just started looking at their annual report for some details for their biz lending. Its now a decent chunk of their EBIT but are they provisioning enough? As a bank commercial lender for 20 years, I've found it's very easy to grow biz lending but much much harder to grow QUALITY biz lending that can still have a good chance of repayment even if the economy heads South.
