this is a very crowded space, big brands, little brands, emerging brands and boutique brands. this space is very innovative, routes to market are expensive, particularly Australian grocery chains. Complex cross jurisdiction transactions add risk too. Completely asymmetric. Growing from the Australian natural and pharmacy channel, to grocery and international with unstable management focus..... what a nightmare.
