Settlement was 600/- as announcement of 20/12/18 stated, this is a non-cash revaluation of items, let’s wait for the auditors to ask for a write down of JSB’s valuation of about 10mil.
As it is non-cash, I assume they will again borrow to pay the dividend. Or will they miss paying the dividend as they did previously.
The outgoing CEO will be asking for his payout in cash. He never owned a share!
