This company is performing really well. They are investing in innovation,and acquiring complimentary products. The results are displaying this, and the great news is that their balance sheet is strong. I believe they will look at overseas expansion as a step in the furure and there is strong demand for products such as theirs overseas, especially the regulatory and compliance software. Re dtape is increasing across the globe and there are not many solutions that do this well.There are still plenty of small companies they could acquire throughout ANZ that are complimentary and would help build sales, revenue and EBITDA.
