Given that the new dividend policy is 30% to 50% of NPAT, what are predictions for the FY21 dividend? The policy in the ASM slides is not entirely clear on whether it applies to normalised NPAT or reported NPAT.
Should we assume the recent share repurchases totalling $467,000 mean the dividend will be at the lower end of the range or do the two property sales take the pressure off cashflow? I would however be happy if directors were confident the had accretive uses to deploy cash rather paying dividends at the higher end of the range.
