Made to to the Top 20 in 2016 with 2,249,216 shares. Met Tom three times and was super excited about the journey unfolding. However I clearly remember when Tom cleared out stock at $2, before a downgrade , curiously similar to Peter Martin who is lighting up Twitter at the moment. I understand CEO's and Chairman's have all sort of reasons for selling stock and accept that. Just they need to be aware of their timing and the stock retracted after the downgrade. Massive red flag and I fell out of love the stock I was in love with. In retrospect it's the best thing that ever happened as I sold all my stock and put the majority into Fiducian that was around $2.50 at the time. Indy, who heads up Fiducian, is everything you could hope for in a CEO. At an $8 share price today with $800K delivered in dividends since 2016 I'm grateful to Tom in helping me make the switch as a convicted investor. I own two stocks although I'm researching a $50M market cap stock at the moment.
