BTW who was actually responsible for the CBI/European debacle? I recall that it was "hatched" with haste...(well certainly funded at short notice by a fairly quick dilutionary sale of shares to outside instos and snouts) ..the excuse being "we needed sured up funds funds quickly for the purchase".. so who is responsible? Was it egged on by the big fund managers and brokers? And have whoever is responsible fessed up? The CEO? ..for presenting it to the BOD? or is it the BOD itself ultimately responsible (for signing off on it as a good idea)? Just curious.. IMO
