id be interested to hear what your fair value is - the business is now very stable, got their costs broadly under control and now have Dynamic Supplies mopping up shares & heading to the takeover threshold - they have approx 13% of the scrip now with the founder holding another 33%.
would suggest any corporate action would need to be at a good premium to take out Watson - see what transpires.
