See my DCF model below. Not gone too deep and performed regression analysis on estimating Beta - CAPM but rather have taken 10% as a rough estimate of shareholder's required rate of return. I have picked out 4.6% cost of debt from last year notes in the FS (Cost of debt for interest on overdrafts). Weightings taken from last year's FS. I derive a conservative share price of $1.53 based on only 10 years of cashflow with no assumption of further cashflow beyond the 10 years
