How they can have ESG awards or even discussed when they blow up the businesses of multiple traders beggars belief.
What is the point of a FSG if your total offering can be altered in form and price with less than one week's notice?

I have even lost access to most order types.

What have Iress been telling their shareholders about their new Viewpoint offering wrt to earnings?
Have they been saying it will be improving their earnings?

I bet that their total share of retail trading seats in Australia is falling relative to other platforms since Viewpoint.  The only seats that would be growing are the captive traders: those forced to use the platform by their employers. @IRESS I see you are totally silent even after that recent podcast on, and this is a direct quote:  "building sustainable, ethical and inclusive financial services."
