i have not had the chance to COGNISANTLY evaluate

on Monday morning i did the open for ICL but my screen was not set up ideally and i lost the plot with adjusting my buy order price so i just threw in another a high ball buy order, plus there was no clock visible. both buys managed to fill at opening price so at least i made a good profit on that; double of what i intended

this morning i missed the open on a stock by 1 second because i couldn't see the clock. i totally lost the plot

but after checking out some alternative platforms today, i just bit the bullet and accepted i am probably stuck with ViewPoint

so i redesigned a primary Trading screen, with:

* the Market Status ASX time-clock in the top middle
* one Market Depth (maybe two) vertically down the left hand side
* Orders vertically down the right hand side
* therefore, when the Buy & Sell screen pops up, it doesn't cover the Market Depth plus I can see most of the Orders screen

as for going for the Opening & Closing scalps, i haven't tried yet. if it lags; that is bad
