The difference is the liquidity in CTD is vastly different to WTC. To simulate a downswing, takes much less capital to achieve a fear affect than on WTC.
Knowing how to achieve this and having the funds to do so, can create profitable opportunities for institutional money...
Not happy on the 20% downswing, but a mighty fine time to add if you can. Apparently this was an earnings miss if you look on Trading View's report:
Meanwhile HLO had a stellar report on all levels and still not budging up much.
