same thing occured to OML about a year ago and got sold down to $1 and now back to 1.7. same thing happened to HLO in october got sold down to 2.2 and now back to 2,7.
this is just instos causing irrational market reaction. IMO its cheap and it was a decent ann, not worthy of 22 percent drop which is just insane.
