How?
I mean a diminishing number of shares on issue means greater concentration in the hands of the likes of the substantial holders who aren’t selling = less float available to retail holders and/or daily trading which means that anyone exiting in a hurry, must chase the price down = greater volatility. At least the buy back has steadied that as the company has proven they will chase the share beyond $10.
Thats why I ponder- what is the end game here? Surely it has to be a takeover/provatisation.
