Check out AASB16 dealing with leases. The diminution in the value of Right of use (ROU) assets is represented as an expense called depreciation. Aren’t CLX leasing additional premises presently and likely to do so for the balance of FY25? D&A has always been a non cash item, BUT it is an expense which affects the bottom line & therefore the eps. As I say, FY25 likely to be a transition year as they complete the properties and infrastructure for greater growth.
