The changed accounting treatment with respect to pcp's makes it really difficult to see how recurring income and expenses (ie excluding development sales) are travelling. The cynic in me also wonders why a change was necessitated just as things started getting less than ebullient. And despite the changes, recurring incomes seems to be having a hard time exceeding recurring expenses.
Note numbers prior to Q3 FY18 have not been adjusted for changed accounting treatment. Numbers in local currency.
