It states on page 24 of the PDF, under the heading "NTA backing", the following figures;
2013; 109.72cents
2012: 91.61cents

Of course, this is assuming you take their valuations as being correct, and not factoring in any activity since that point in time.

And to answer your other question - I bought this recently (since June) and have an average of 52c, but if I were looking to start accumulating now, I really wouldn't be waiting to buy at 50c... But that's just me and my valuations may come out different to yours.
