re: Ann: Profit Result ( 3rd Qtr 2013) - UOA ... that's hard to do, people have been saying the aussie property bubble will burst for the last 50yrs and it never happened, sure we get small 5% falls in property but not huge Dubai style crashes in property, tell me regarding Malaysia, is there still a big demand for property over there because there are not enough apartments for the commom citizen I mean, or is it all just driven by chinese investors buying apartments in Malaysia?

UOS has basically done nothing since about AUG 2013, was around 55c as well, should be over 60c I think.
