Nevertheless, if management can get 100m from the last quarter, they'd equal the profits of 2011...
Even if that doesn't happen though, they're now swimming in cash - so it's either a special dividend or some big projects (I really don't want them to sit on MORE cash unnecessarily, unless they're on the verge of some big land purchases).
