Just listing my thoughts here, not really anything new to anyone...
Given ANO now represents a large portion of my wealth, I've been thinking about this a lot. Needless to say, what @vestro has been saying to me is finally sinking in. I've been anchored to previous prices for no good reason....
if they're at 800k pretax in March on a capacity of 15T per week, that should reach close to $2m at the end of March (economies of scale at play). Say 1.8. Include November's production increase and 25m PBT is not only likely, but conservative for FY21
At $4.40 the company is valued at roughly 260m. That's not expensive at all, considering the growth rate.
A PE of 30 is still cheap, but lets use that on after tax profits of 18.5 (from the 25m figure earlier). That's a MC of 550, more than double todays price.
I would normally shy away from assuming things going so smoothly, but Lev and Geoff are two of the most shareholder friendly operators on the ASX.
Still trying to pick holes in my thinking.... The one being the demand side of the equation. When will they fill the 41T per week capacity (something tells me sooner than most expect).
The nanophase transcript is particularly interesting for demand side info.
