All I see is a non-credible blog source trying to promote a specific titanium dioxide brand of sunscreen. (The author is the founder of the brand).
All zinc oxide is forced to have that standard statement on its MSDS.
The article goes on to quote other suitable sunscreens, including referencing Environmental Working Group's list which is includes a large list of brands that use ZinClear.
