WNI should be very careful that do not trade while insolvent because there are heavy penalties for the company and its directors.

Could this be the end of Wah Nam. If they were to enter into voluntary administration there maybe some good to come out of the whole episode if a reputable company with business ethics were buy there assets or take them over.
