You are correct. The seller does see what's on the horizon. Their name is Jimmy Wong and he's out of a job. Now he's dumping his shares. See the notice out today. Jimmy has been removed from office and now he's having a dummy spit and breaking all the toys and running away. This is fantastic news. If he leaves as a significant holder they can easily scrap the shoddy trustee deal and realistically they should be sueing him over it for other shareholders. He took a role he was previously doing inhouse and outsourced it to himself. Once they get a new trustee CI1 will be profitable again straight away. This is a win.
