This is in every annual report since IPO in this section. I'd love to know who gets to lend to them at 15%. If they require short-term liquidity to run their business they should just uses cash flows to make an insurance style float that invests in short-term government bonds and make 4% in the mean time for a guaranteed 19% YoY effective return made.
