I think Jimmy has been fired from CI1 completely. The last time I checked on his linked in he had himself as CEO of Hong Kong Debt Management as a current role. He now has that as ending in December. This is CI1s debt management business in HK. He's also been removed from the CI1 website completely. They have an Alex Chung as the trustee in bankruptcy, which is the role in which Jimmie was paying himself all of CI1s cash profit...above his CEO remuneration.

Fingers crossed we see them initiate legal proceedings against him as well.
