This is the most obvious tree shake/poop ‘n’ scoop attempt to fleece retail shareholders into selling their shares. Thanks for all the helpful advice from all those experts with sentiment sell/none and disclosure “not held”. Do you offer your expertise on every other security on the ASX full list that you equally don’t hold? Paid shorters are excellent buy signals IMO. They wouldn’t be doing it if it wasn’t profitable, enabled by ASIC as regulator being too inept to dress itself. It’s the biggest scam in Australian history, as every single superannuation account has lost money to overseas institutional investors completely disregarding the laws of this country (year after year) as stipulated by the Corps Act (number of offenders sentenced to 15 years’ gaol under s1041 Market Manipulation- ZERO!) Even when the crims are caught red-handed, the fines aren’t even a slap on the wrist. See link below, when JPM was fined USD $920m and two traders from JPM’s gold desk sent to jail for manipulating the gold price over a 10 year period. That was five days’ profit for JPM’s gold desk. It’s like being caught robbing a million dollars from a bank, paying a $20k fine and the gravy train rolls on. Out of interest, who is reviewing the code behind the algorithms placing these trades. Might make for very interesting reading….
This is nothing more than the instos at the ASX poker table trying to bluff retail investors out of their shares. Time to call their bluff by not selling and see where the share price is in 6-12 months.
