I'm bewildered about what investors see in CTT.
The only thing it had going for it was revenue growth, with the prospect of one day, seemingly very far in the future, increasing its earnings margin. Now that they are cutting marketing spending, are we finally going to see the EBIT roll in? My guess is that this company is built itself on building low quality earnings (ie, revenue with no intrinsic margin or moat).
Regarding short selling. I've never short sold a share. In every thread I come against the same HC stereotype who think's I'm a paid dissenter or short seller. It's such a terrible line of attack instead of disputing my facts (which came directly from CTT's announcement btw).
The truth is that I like trying to spot shoddy companies before they collapse. That's my hobby.
I don't think CTT will collapse but I recon its PE valuation is far too high.
