I think you will find they are following up the sampling programs with the drilling, if you look they never sampled axis either, it doesn't seem to have much of any outcropping there, so they would just be drilling dark.
I suspect they will be waiting for those assays to come before planning more holes at axis, I wouldn't look to much into that decision to not drill it first.
Inco boundary is going to be a fun result for more than just ESR.....
